I am an independent forklift service provider with extensive experience on both electric and fuel powered lift trucks with multiple certifications in the field. This means you get the high-quality service you would expect from the large dealers, but not at the price you would expect. Since I do all of the service myself, I don’t have the overhead like the large dealers, and you save huge.
No Service Calls!
I DO NOT charge for a service call if I do your preventive maintenance.
Unlike other forklift service providers, I do not charge a service fee for driving to your location when you have a breakdown. The only requirement is that I do your scheduled services, this allows me to monitor the condition of your equipment during the service intervals.
Nearly all forklift service providers charge a service call on every breakdown. What is a service call? A service call is a trip charge to get the technician to your site for the repair. It is designed to cover the time it takes for the technician to get too you; however, it has turned into an opportunity for the service company to pad the bill. The standard time charged for a service call is one hour. Now, this means if it takes the technician thirty minutes to get to you, the technician will put thirty minutes on the invoice as a service call, but the company will still charge you the full one-hour service charge. Some companies charge a flat service charge that is fixed slightly lower than their hourly rate.

I have extensive knowledge and experience on all types of forklifts including electric, LP, and gasoline. I also have knowledge in industrial batteries and chargers, along with dock plates, dock levelers, and dock doors.
I was a technical trainer for Jungheinrich and Nissan Forklifts. I am highly experienced on any forklift with the K21 or K25 Nissan engine. These include Caterpillar, Mitsubishi, Komatsu, and Unicarriers.
I have the diagnostic software and cables to do the required troubleshooting on the Nissan engine and Hyster/Yale.
